Troop 30 is sponsored by St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Austin, Texas. The troop is a large boy-run organization with about 80 scouts. We camp every month in various locations in the hill country or other areas of Texas.

The troop has many opportunities for scouts in the summer. We attend two different summer camps each summer and have several different High Adventure or Medium Adventure opportunitues for the scouts each summer.

Troop 30 is a part of the Bee Cave District of the Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
